Looking at my library, that's – a hard question. There are probably a couple of thousand games lying around in here plus my digital collection. There's a lot to choose from.
Still – probably [[Fiasco]] because it is really, really hard to get a group together who have the right frisson to play it and play it well. Too many groups to send into over-the-top comedy which is easy but not as rewarding.

If there's a runner up, its [[Capes]] a game so obscure that even the hard-core story game geeks don't remember it exists. I remember it exists because the mechanics are absolutely fabulous and combine a little bit of head to head competition at the table with active cooperation. The tension is excellent.
