# Travelers tags: #reference/travelers #reference/ironsworn #reference/starforged ![[Travelers (cover).jpg|600]] **Traveler's Ironsworn** and **Traveler's Starforged** are Colin Kloecker's (Terribly Beautiful Games) fold-and-cut pocket reference tools for the **[[Ironsworn]]** engine — the hobby's eternal confession, in physical form, that nobody can remember their own rules. They are play aids, not games: each gathers the game's **moves** into a stack of print-cut-fold-laminate cards small enough to slip inside a traveler's journal, so you can run the system pen-and-paper on the go without hauling the rulebook you'll claim you know. Both ride the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 license of the underlying games, which is the only reason slick, low-stakes cheating aids like these can exist and make their author a little money off your desk. ## Traveler's Ironsworn The original and best-known of the two, and a genuine DriveThruRPG success story for a fan play aid — a Gold/Platinum best-seller with a sky-high review average. The **DIY Edition** gathers every move from **Ironsworn Core** and its **Delve** expansion into one place, plus the core oracles you actually reach for at the table, and color-codes them for quick flipping. It's not a complete game — the guidance, setting, and full oracle suite live in the rulebooks it condenses — but as a table-ready move reference it's exactly what it promises. A **Mobile Edition** repackages the same content as a hyperlinked PDF for phones and tablets, keeping every move and oracle a tap or two away. ## Traveler's Starforged The Starforged companion, same idea, pointed at space: a handheld card set bundling the moves of **[[Ironsworn - Starforged|Starforged]]** into one convenient, color-coded package, with an **Adventure Moves** add-on for the exploration-facing moves. Same print-cut-fold-laminate design, same "all the moves, one place" pitch, and likewise very explicitly not official Starforged content — it leans on Tomkin's open licensing rather than his blessing. Like its sibling it's the kind of pocket aid you keep in a journal, not a substitute for the Core book. ## Editions - **Traveler's Ironsworn: DIY Edition** (v1.3.1, 2021+) — card-format play aid for **Ironsworn** + **Delve**; plus a **Mobile Edition** PDF for phones/tablets. *In the library.* - **Traveler's Starforged: DIY Edition** (v1.0, 2024) — card-format play aid for **Starforged**, plus the **Adventure Moves** add-on. *In the library.* ## References - [Terribly Beautiful — Play Every Role / publisher](https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/publisher/16283/terribly-beautiful) - [Traveler's Ironsworn — DriveThruRPG](https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/301866/traveler-s-ironsworn-diy-edition) - [Traveler's Starforged — DriveThruRPG](https://www.drivethrurpg.com/en/product/495130/traveler-s-starforged-diy-edition)
