**Hollowpoint**: For those who like their RPGs served with a side of ultraviolence and a sprinkling of black humor.
## **Summary**
Welcome to **Hollowpoint**, the game where you get to be as bad as you want to be, and then some. Published by VSCA Publishing, this RPG is all about playing highly skilled, highly unscrupulous agents of an equally shady organization. Think less 'saving the world' and more 'blowing stuff up because you can'. It's like if every action movie you've ever seen decided to have a baby with a role-playing game.
## **Core Die Resolution Mechanics**
- **Roll for Mayhem**: The core mechanic involves rolling a bunch of six-sided dice, looking for sets. Your dice pool equals your character's Skill, plus any bonuses from Traits or teamwork. Say goodbye to your character if they roll poorly – they tend to get their asses handed to them.
- **Teamwork Makes the Dream Work (Or Not)**: Players can borrow dice from a shared Teamwork Pool. If you ask a teammate for help and they say no, you can take a bunch of dice from the pool – a great way to make friends, right?
- **Escalation is Key**: The more the characters succeed, the more dice the GM gets to use against them. The game ensures that challenges get tougher, making sure your agents don't get too comfortable.
- **Burn, Baby, Burn**: Traits can be 'burned' for extra dice, but once you use them, they're gone for good. Better make it count.

Remember, in **Hollowpoint**, being a bad person is not just encouraged, it's practically a job requirement.

> No notes, except to perhaps mention that in the course of the game you are expected to have a high likelihood of losing your character. In fact, it losing your character can be good for the team as a whole because when you bring your new character in (very shortly), it adds five more dice to the team pool – which you will be looking to get your hands on.
